Hey there! I’m Taylor Ammons, the Owner and President of Paragon Roofing. I started this company in March 2021, but the vision for it began back in 2020. After working for two big roofing companies that were great at selling but always dropped the ball on installation, I knew I wanted to create something different. At Paragon, we’ve solved that problem by providing not only a great sales experience but also a smooth and reliable production process that leaves our customers happy from start to finish. A little about me—before I got into roofing, I worked in management roles in the yarn, automotive, and restaurant industries, but roofing and construction are where I truly found my passion. In April 2022, I married my amazing wife, and we love traveling and spending time together whenever I’m not working. We also have a senior Australian Shepherd named Alfie, who’s basically our world. I’m really grateful for the chance to serve you and welcome you into the Paragon Roofing family!

Hi, I’m Loyal Ammons, and I joined Paragon Roofing in the Fall of 2021 as the Office Manager. With over 16 years of experience working for the Federal Government, I love tackling the daily challenges that come with running a business office. Whether it’s improving the workflow for the sales team, making sure everyone gets paid on time, or organizing charity events and team-building activities, I’m always juggling different tasks to keep things running smoothly. Outside of work, I’m a wife and a proud fur mom to Alfie, our adopted senior Australian Shepherd. Alfie and I love working together to provide pet therapy throughout Nashville as part of Music City Pet Partners. I truly enjoy balancing my passion for helping others with the daily responsibilities here at Paragon Roofing, and I’m excited to be part of this amazing team!

Hello! I’m Debi Conner, the Marketing Director here at Paragon Roofing. I joined the team in 2022 to build the website, manage our social media profiles, and promote our brand throughout middle Tennessee. This role has allowed me to tap into my creativity and expand my skills in ways I never thought possible. I’ve been building websites since 2018, but being part of Paragon has inspired me to keep growing and learning. I love being part of a team that’s truly focused on changing the industry by delivering an exceptional customer experience and a quality product that lasts. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my husband Rip (not the Yellowstone Rip, but cuter!), our three dogs, and our four amazing grandchildren. I love spending time with family, friends, and my church community. Thrift shopping is a favorite hobby of mine, especially hunting for primitive antiques and the stories they carry. Hey everyone, I’m Sergio Guerra! I was born in Chicago but raised in Nashville, and I’ve been around the roofing industry since middle school. My dad is a sub-contractor in the Nashville area, and I had the chance to work alongside him and learn the ins and outs of roofing throughout my adolescence. After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2021 with a degree in Accounting, I started working in finance but quickly realized I missed being out in the field and helping improve people’s homes. That led me to Paragon Roofing, where I’ve had the opportunity to grow and learn from Taylor Ammons. My background in numbers and my passion for roofing have helped me take on the role of Production Manager here at Paragon. When you work with me, you can expect a customer-focused experience. I handle everything from scheduling and ordering materials to supervising projects, making sure every roof is installed to the highest standards.
